Wendy Woody and Tara Chadwick have been writing, producing, directing and editing fun and entertaining videos together for the past 5 years. From "Xena" musicals to instructional gambling videos to cats playing soccer, they've covered it all. They are regular contributors to the Annual Creation Xena Convention in Los Angeles with films such as "Innappropriate Stranger" and "Foes, Femmes & Djinns". Their most recent film was "Wicked: A Xena Musical" which was widely praised by Xena fans including Rob Tapert himself, the creator of "Xena: Warrior Princess". The DVD has been requested by fans from places all over the world including the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium and Singapore.
Wendy Woody has been in the television business for 24 years as an editor, director and graphics operator. In her spare time, she's pursued a love of film that was brought on by the incredibly influential films of the late 70s and early 80s, especially those by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. In 2004 she won the Spirit of Fandom award in the Official Lucasfilm Star Wars Fan Film contest with "8 Minutes" and followed that up by being an official selection in 2005 with "Tiny Toys". Her love for animals led her to create "Spay and Neuter", winner of Best Short Tail at the 2009 SPCA Pet Flix contest.
In addition to her behind the scenes duties, Tara Chadwick also uses her talents in front of the camera. She has honed her acting talents by acting in most of the films she has helped create. In "Wicked: A Xena Musical", she not only took on the difficult task of playing "Xena", an already well-established and beloved character, she did her own singing and as well. Tara has also hosted travel videos and segments for the "Dallas Voice" as an on-the-scene reporter.
